Payments

• Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice
• All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise
• For all International payments accepted in USD Dollar
• Payment gateway charges or taxes (if applicable) are borne by the client

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials developed by ThinkBiz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Responsibilities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems is prohibited

Limitation of Liability
